Reporting to the Quality Director, your mission consists of understanding operations and the ability to interface with customers to lead and coordinate efforts between all stakeholders to create corrective and preventative plans to address their quality complaints and to manage their claims effectively.

To accomplish your role and as a VERESCENCE ambassador, you will:

  • Hold an ASQ Certification
  • Frequently meet with customers to better understand their requirements, to represent VERESCENCE’s interests, and to communicate VERESCENCE’s action plans to resolve complaints about the quality of finished products delivered to them. 
  • Measures the quality performance of both Covington and Sparta facilities through customer claim tracking.  Maintains log of customer claims and observations.  Maintains log of internal complaints between Sparta deco and Covington glass plants.
  • Work collaboratively with QA Director, plant QC Managers, product development and plant production to develop corrective and preventative action plans with plants.
  • Produce monthly report of claims activity.
  • Coordinate resort of claimed glass.
  • Communicates to VERESCENCE manufacturing facilities worldwide the customers’ concerns and comments with regards to the quality delivered to their sites.
  • Participates and/or leads cross functional strategic initiatives as required.
  • Partners with Quality Director to define annual quality objectives
  • Other duties as assigned.
