We also offer a wide range of stock bottles and many personalization techniques (colors, shapes and decoration) that can transform La Collection bottles and jars into customized creations.
Reporting to our Quality Manager, your mission consists of driving quality and productivity with the Covington and Contract resort teams, coordination of off-site third-party resort, supporting NPD resort and data collection, and providing defect information to the Covington and Sparta production teams.
To accomplish your role and as a VERESCENCE ambassador, you:
- Will provide limits and product information needed
- Will monitor productivity and scrap levels by individual, crew and item
- Will review pallet audit results to ensure acceptable resort quality
- Will complete SAP transactions to release and scrap product as resort is completed
- Will gather defect pareto information for Quality Firewall resort
- Will assess training needs and provide training for glass/deco defects
- Will directly manage two Crew Leaders and their shift of resorters
