Reporting to our Senior Sales Director, your mission consists of developing existing accounts, improving sales profitability, penetrating Indie Brands (East and West Coast), and developing a strong distribution network.

To accomplish your role and as a VERESCENCE ambassador, you:

  • Will maintain and grow the client base to exceed budget
  • Manage quotation and pricing process
  • Analyze procurement policy of customers and propose commercial strategies
  • Revise profitability and propose price revision analysis for improvements
  • Supervise Sales Assistant
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production and Development teams to establish limits
  • Follow up with customers on quality issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Participate in public relations, conventions, trade shows, etc.


                         Required qualities :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent – Sales & Marketing
  • 6-10 years Sales experience
  • Project Management.  Lean Manufacturing; ISO; Six Sigma Certification; 21 CFR Training
  • Notions in French and ready to speak/learn more


  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP
  • Previous Sales/Marketing experience - Perfumery and Cosmetics experience is a plus
